This is a musical version of Edmond Rostand's immortal classic love story, "Cyrano de Bergerac", the swashbuckling hero with the the extraordinarily prominent nose.

The gallant Cyrano, an artistic and intellectual poet, pens romantic eloquent letters for a handsome but inarticulate soldier to help win the hand of the beautiful Roxana, who is also Cyrano's secret love.

A lavish season opener and great family entertainment with soaring ballads and rousing sword play, this musical won a Tony Award on Broadway for actor Christopher Plummer in the title role.
